Shell Internship/research Attachment for Postgraduate University Students

The motive of the shell Postgraduate Research Internship program is to give opportunities to talented Nigerians to gain work experience and carry out topical research within Shell Exploration and Production Companies in Nigeria (SEPCiN).

Who can Apply?
Shell Internship/research Attachment for Postgraduate University Students application is open to talented Nigerian postgraduate students currently enrolled in any Nigerian universities, but in exceptional cases, Nigerians studying is schools abroad can also apply for this program. It is also to be noted that Master’s degree students must be under 30 years by January 2nd, 2017 while Ph.D. students should not be more than 35 years by January 2nd, 2017 in order to qualify. Applications from people who have previously gained in the program will not be considered, please note that!

Duration: The duration of this program is 12 months and it is not renewable

Environment (Environmental Monitoring, Remediation, and Impact assessment, Carbon/ GHG Management).

Method of Application: To apply for the Shell Internship/research Attachment for Postgraduate University Students program, you are required to submit the following documents

an application letter,
a curriculum vitae including applicant’s contact phone number, email address, as well as contact information of three referees and
a titled, 3-page summary of candidate’s postgraduate research program including study background, technical objectives, methodology/data required and expected outcome.
Selection will be based on postgraduate programs/proposals that are pertinent to SEPCiN business objectives and only students with the highest potential will pass screening.
All documents should be emailed to shellnigeria@shell.com & copy SPDC-University-Relations@shell.com on or before May 11, 2016, as no more applications will be accepted after the stated date.
